I love the play of shapes in this outfit. The oversized sweater and clutch work perfectly with the simple blouse + high waisted shorts combination. Throw on some tights and knee boots to work this outfit in the winter!

I really like Leighton's style, and her quote summed me up perfectly so I just had to make a set with them!
 
It is really hard to pull of a printed top, skirt, and shoe (as well as add a flashy necklace), so I tried to make the outfit a bit easier to implement. I removed the print on the top, and chose a necklace that emulated the stripe of the skirt to make things a bit simpler. I really like the turquoise pop of color, and the outfit is definitely still daring with its leopard shoe. As always, everything featured is relatively affordable, so shop away!

I love the strict color scheme, although I did add a pop of red just for fun. This look transitions well from summer to fall and winter, just add some tights and boots!

I uncovered this outfit on lookbook.nu while answering a question on my blog (about how to wear t-shirts), and I love this look so much I wanted to recreate it! Everything I used is affordable, so anyone can try this outfit out.

Stripes! Stripes! I've written the word so many times it doesn't look like a word anymore... Here is a way to pull off this stripey look without breaking the bank!
 
Stripes are a cool way to color block without the stress of making sure the colors look good together =] Also, if you want to mix prints like the model, mixing stripes is a safe way to do so. Just make sure you have one common color (in this case the pink)!
